BRNFlowCrew provides a publishing platform where employers and job seekers can post listings and profiles. BRNFlowCrew is not a recruitment agency and does not provide placement services.

2. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all submitted content. Employers are responsible for hiring decisions, due diligence, and compliance checks. Job seekers are responsible for the content they share.

3. Prohibited content

Users must not post fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content; must not share sensitive personal documents publicly; and must not violate third-party rights.

4. No guarantees

BRNFlowCrew does not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, response rates, or the validity of any third-party representations.

5. Limitation of liability

BRNFlowCrew is not liable for disputes, contracts, payments, or any outcomes resulting from direct interactions between employers and job seekers.

6. Service pages

Any consulting or application management services offered on separate pages have their own disclosures and scope limitations. BRNFlowCrew does not issue certificates or licenses.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
